At Dreams Alive Care, we believe everyone deserves to be supported and cared for in the way they need. That’s why our Community Access service is designed to provide NDIS participants with the support they need in the way they want it.

Community Access is the NDIS service that helps people access services in their local community. This service can help you find and connect with services approved by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to provide funds for your support and assistance. Community Access can also help you determine what supports, equipment and services you need to live as independently as possible.

The Community Access service works by helping you understand what support you want to use and how much it will cost. You can then work with us to manage your care plan and ensure it is delivered on time. If there are any problems, we’ll talk with you about them and try to resolve them as soon as possible.
